  My son (old enough to drive) went here for a cleaning and they talked him into getting a $1000 retainer. So obviously he had no common sense on this day. They even took his personal info to apply for a CareCredit account! Of course he was denied because he has no credit, and no job. He is a child! They made a copy, front and back, of his credit card (my credit card in his wallet for emergencies) and have been slamming the card for $100 a month. I am furious -- these type of credit practices surely must be illegal. I don't even think my son has the retainer. $1000 for a retainer! The orthodontist who did his braces only charges $400 for a retainer - and I thought that was pricey. I do not trust this office at all. And yes, they even charged my dental insurance - which paid them half of the $1000. I will never recommend this place to anyone and I would advise you to keep your financial info out of their hands.
